I’ve led operations for a growing non-profit, coordinating more than 1,200 volunteers annually, and I understand what it takes to balance mission with effective management.
My background spans program development, finance, operations, human resources, and volunteer engagement, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how organizations thrive. I’m known for bringing clarity, solving problems, and collaborating across teams to improve efficiency and maximize resources.
